QCETCS-2026 is jointly organized by the Department of Computer Science, Department of Information Technology, Centre for Machine Learning and Intelligence, Centre for Cyber Intelligence, Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women, Coimbatore, India and the Computer, Networks, Mobility and Modeling Laboratory (IR2M), Faculty of Sciences and Techniques, Hassan 1st University, Settat, Morocco.
The aim of QCETCS-2026 is to unite researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to share advancements and applications in quantum computing, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity, with a focus on innovation, global challenges, and building secure digital ecosystems. It provides a platform for presenting cutting-edge research, innovative solutions, and collaborative strategies aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The conference programme will include special sessions, distinguished keynote speakers and regular paper presentations in parallel tracks.
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers related to the conference themes. Papers should be formatted according to Taylor & Francis guidelines and submitted through the conference submission portal. All submissions will undergo a peer-review process. Accepted papers will be published in Taylor & Francis book series (Scopus Indexed), ensuring wide visibility and academic recognition.

Technical Description: This workshop aims to bring together experts and professionals in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and accessibility to explore the potential of AI-powered solutions in promoting diversity, inclusion and accessibility for people with disabilities.

The workshop will focus on the following technical issues:
- Ensure equal opportunity and reduce inequalities of access to data and digital services using AI tools, including the elimination of discriminatory usage of data from specific languages of countries.
- Data collection and analysis: Participants will discuss the issues of collection and analysis of data in term of diversity and accessibility, as well as the use of AI-powered tools to analyze this data.
- Developing AI algorithms for enhancing accessibility: The workshop will explore the use of AI solutions, such as computer vision and natural language processing, and smart devices, in developing technologies that enhance accessibility for people with disabilities and that promote equality between countries.
